RoadGuard Covers Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with RoadGuard Covers. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we strive to make our return process fair and transparent. Please review the guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and order concerns.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Free of installation, wear, dirt, or damage
  • Returned with all original components and packaging

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items not returned in original condition may incur deductions for loss in value.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom and personalized products
  • Items that have been installed, mounted, used, or exposed to the elements
  • Graphics or decals damaged during installation
  • Items returned after 30 days

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us prior to initiating a return.

Incorrect Size or Fit Issues

We recommend using our Spare Tire Cover Size Calculator or contacting us prior to purchase if you are uncertain about sizing.

If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the unused product within 30 days; however:

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
  • A new order must be placed for the correct size

Please note: We do not offer custom-sized tire covers. However, custom and personalized designs are non-returnable.

Restocking Fee (Made-to-Order Items)

For certain made-to-order items—including floor mats, tire covers, and seat covers—we apply a minimum 35% restocking fee for returns of non-defective items.

This fee helps cover material costs, production time, and shipping expenses associated with creating products that are made individually per order. These items are produced specifically for each customer and cannot be resold, which necessitates the restocking charge.

Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary based on screen settings, monitors, or device displays. Our tire covers are printed using UV-resistant inks and are designed to closely complement your vehicle’s color, but exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to printing limitations.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that slight color discrepancies may occur.

If achieving perfect color accuracy is essential, we strongly recommend choosing white, as it is the most consistent and least subject to variation.

No refunds or exchanges will be offered due to color discrepancies.

Order Errors or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos for review. After evaluation, we may provide:

  • A replacement item
  • A correction to your order
  • A prepaid return label (for verified errors or defects only)

Shipping, Delivery, and Lost Packages

Once your package leaves our facility, delivery is controlled by the shipping carrier. We cannot influence transit delays, rerouting, or delivery errors.

If tracking shows Delivered but your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local post office for assistance
  • Allow 24–48 hours, as USPS often locates misdelivered parcels within this time

While we are here to help, RoadGuard Covers is not liable for carrier-related delivery issues.

Return Instructions

To request an RMA Number, please contact us via the Contact Us link at the top of our website.

All approved returns must be shipped to:

Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Request an RMA number via the Contact Us link.
  2. Return the unused item after receiving your RMA.
  3. Place a new order for the desired size or style.

This process ensures faster handling and accurate inventory management.
